-Adult Aerial Yoga-

Yoga poses are performed utilizing a silk hammock or sling that is suspended from the ceiling. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support throughout your yoga flow, while also improving flexibility and range of motion. The practice of aerial yoga also builds trust and confidence in one's mind/body/spirit!

$80 for a 4-week series or drop in for $40

Mondays at 5:00 pm

-Mat based Pilates-

Pilates focusing on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscle with each movement. Classes will be taught using, slow controlled movements.

$75 for a 4-week series or drop in for $30

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds for a series o 4-6 poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and tension release. The class will consist of breathwork for stress relief, restorative poses, and guided relaxation.
